Our mission to our young chefs....
In our opinion, the best way to show a child what they are capable of, is in the kitchen. Facing a cutting board and knowing what to do is extremely
uplifting and empowering. Taking on tasks one step at a time and arriving at a finish line that tastes not only delicious but is healthy and sustainable, is a gift.
We want to feed into that palette, broaden the flavor world that your child has been
introduced to and completely open sail.
If they can figure out the kitchen, then they can face anything in life.
So no matter how difficult the task, our instructors will be hands on and always present along their journey with us.
The Academy isn’t just a place to learn, it’s a place to take risks, be confident and be completely supported along the way.
We have Two wonderful Labs, '' The Creators Lab'' & ''The Flavor Lab.''
''Our Creators lab'' is a fully-equipped real life commercial kitchen & ''Our Flavor Lab'' is a replica of an at-home kitchen.
This will teach our Junior Chefs how to be productive in both environments while learning the safety protocols that apply to each very different environments.
Our hope is...
That we will ignite a passion that will make them want to continuously return and show up to the cutting board, again and again, and apply their skills throughout their entire lives. Not to mention teaching their parents a thing or two...

Our instructors participate in the building blocks of each Junior Chef's adventure, while promoting their independence and solidifying fundamental skills that will guide them throughout their life.

All fees cover each session. There are four sessions per year.
Each session includes all food costs, kitchen fees, in-house activities, registration fees & administrative fees. It does not cover supply list, uniforms or field trips.
A discount will apply to every class above one per child/family.
Additional fees include students personal tools, aprons, chef jacket, field trips, traveling costs & supply list given at the beginning of each session.
Payment may be made by credit card. If registering in person, payment may be made in full upon registration by cash or cheque.
Alternatively, payments can be made monthly in up to 2 installments on the 15 of the month.
Please contact the office for more information and to make payment arrangements.
In this case, post-dated cheque must be provided.
